Bacon Apple  Dutch Baby

apple

sugar

eggs

flour

milk

Melt butter in cast iron skillet.   Arrange sliced apples in bottom of skillet.

Sprinkle chopped bacon on top of apples.

Blend together eggs, flour, milk, salt, and sugar. Pour batter over the top of bacon and apples.

Bake for 30 minutes and carefully remove from the oven.

Generously dust with powdered sugar.

Slice into four pieces and serve with maple syrup.
