Ingredients Needed: thin crusts BBQ sauce rotisserie chicken smoked gouda mozzarella red onion cilantro
Step 1: Place crusts on baking sheet. To reduce clean-up and prevent sticking, line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: Spread BBQ sauce on crusts. Use the back of a spoon to spread sauce in an even layer.
Step 3: Add chopped rotisserie chicken. Rotisserie chicken is quick and easy, but any cooked chicken will do!
Step 4: Sprinkle red onion on top.
Step 5: Combine the gouda and mozzarella cheeses and sprinkle on top.
Step 6: Top pizzas with chopped cilantro.
Step 7: Bake pizzas in 425° oven for 9-11 minutes.
Step 8: Slice and enjoy!!
