Easy Banana Blueberry Baked Oatmeal

Bursting with plump fresh blueberries and ripe bananas, this breakfast dish is perfect for meal prep or a lazy weekend morning. 

Ingredients Needed: oatmeal brown sugar baking powder blueberries almonds milk banana butter egg

Step  1: Combine the oats, brown sugar, baking powder, blueberries and almonds.

Step 2: Combine the milk, egg, banana, and butter.

Step 3: Combine the oats mixture with the milk mixture and transfer to a baking dish.

Step 4: Bake until golden brown.

Step 5: Slice and serve with additional blueberries, almonds and a drizzle of maple syrup.
