Oatmeal Blueberry Banana Muffins

These fluffy, moist Oatmeal Blueberry Banana Muffins are easy to make and delicious to eat. They are perfectly baked to have that beautiful dome shaped muffin top.

Ingredients Needed: flour sugar oatmeal baking powder baking soda banana eggs buttermilk vegetable oil vanilla blueberries butter turbinado sugar

Step 2: Add oats.  Stir to combine.

Step 3: In a separate bowl, combine bananas, eggs, buttermilk, vegetable oil, and vanilla.

Step 4: Add banana mixture to flour mixture and stir to combine.

Step 5: Carefully fold in blueberries.  Cover tightly and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Step 6: Fill muffin liners 3/4 of the way full with batter.

Step 7: Bake at 425° for 9 minutes and then 350° for an additional 7-9 minutes.

Step 8: Cool in pan for 5 minutes.

Step 9: Brush tops and roll in turbinado sugar.
