Raspberry and White Chocolate Blondies

These blondies are filled with large chunks of a chopped up white chocolate bar and are topped with a swirl of raspberry sauce made from fresh raspberries.

Ingredients Needed for Blondies: butter brown sugar egg egg yolk vanilla flour baking powder salt white chocolate

Step 2: Transfer to blender and puree.  Then pour back into saucepan through a fine mesh sieve.

Step 4: Combine butter, brown sugar, vanilla, egg, and egg yolk.  Stir with a whisk to combine.

Step 5: Fold in flour, baking powder and salt just until combined.

Step 6: Fold in chopped white chocolate.

Step 7: Transfer batter to prepared 8x8-inch pan.  Use an offset spatula to spread in an even layer.

Step 8: Drop the raspberry sauce by tablespoonfuls on top.  Drag a knife through the raspberry sauce to create swirls.

  Step 9: Bake in 350° oven for 25-27 minutes or until the edges are just beginning to brown.  Slice into squares.
