Pork Chop Sandwich

Crispy, thin cut pork chops that are perfectly pan fried on a potato bun and topped with saucy, caramelized onions and crisp cooked bacon.

Step 1: Gather the ingredients for the  saucy onions.

Step 2: Cook the bacon.  Remove from pan and add onions.

Step 3: Cook until they are caramelized and golden brown.

Step 4: Combine the Dijon, mayonnaise, honey, and red wine vinegar.  Add onions

Step 5: Stir and set aside.

Step 6: Gather the ingredients for the pork chops.

Step 7: Working with one pork chop at a time, dredge in the flour, then egg and finally the breadcrumbs.

Step 8: Cook  until golden brown and crispy.

Step 9: Assemble sandwiches with lettuce, slices of bacon, crispy pork chop and a heaping spoonful of saucy onions.

Step 10: Enjoy!!
