Cripsy Parmesan Oven Roasted Potato Wedges

These crispy parmesan oven roasted potato wedges  are cut into wedges, coated with parmesan cheese and baked unitl they are perfectly crispy.

Ingredients Needed: butter olive oil parmesan potatoes garlic powder pepper salt

Step 1: Cut potatoes into wedges and place in a large stock pot.

Step 2: Cover the potatoes with water and heat over medium high heat until boiling.  Boil for 3 minutes.

Step 3: Drain the potatoes and place them back in the hot pan.  Give them a shake to rough them up and dry them off.

Step 4: Coat wedges with butter, olive oil, parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Step 5: Bake for 15 minutes, flip and bake for an additional 10 minutes.

Step 8: Enjoy!
