Snickerdoodles Without Cream of Tartar

These Snickerdoodles without cream of tartar have perfect crisp edges and are chewy in the middle, which is the ultimate texture combination for a cookie!

Ingredients Needed: sugar brown sugar butter vanilla egg baking powder cinnamon flour salt

Step 2: Add the egg and vanilla.  Beat just until combined.

Step 4: Add flour mixture to the sugar mixture and mix just until combined.

Step 5: Using a cookie scoop, place portioned dough on a cookie sheet.

Step 6: Roll portioned dough into a ball and then roll in cinnamon and sugar.

Step 7: Bake in 350° oven for 8 minutes or until edges just begin to brown.
