Step 2: Place Brussels sprouts on a parchment lined rimmed baking sheet.
Step 4: While the Brussels sprouts roast, combine honey, Sriracha, butter, soy sauce, and lemon juice in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
Step 5: Reduce the heat to low and cook until thickened, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
Step 6: When Brussels sprouts are done, remove from the oven and immediately drizzle with the honey Sriracha sauce.
Step 7: Sprinkle generously with flake salt.
