Pork Chop Sandwich

Crispy, thin cut pork chops that are perfectly pan fried on a potato bun and topped with saucy, caramelized onions and crisp cooked bacon.

Ingredients Needed for the Saucy Onions: bacon yellow onion garlic mayonnaise honey Dijon mustard red wine vinegar

Step 1: Cook the bacon.  Remove from pan and add onions.

Step 2: Cook until they are caramelized and golden brown.

Step 3: Combine the Dijon, mayonnaise, honey, and red wine vinegar.  Add onions

Step 4: Stir and set aside.

Ingredients Needed for the Pork Chops: flour egg breadcrumbs ranch seasoning mix salt pepper thin cut boneless pork chops

Step 1: Working with one pork chop at a time, dredge in the flour.

Step 2: Transfer to the egg, making sure to coat both sides and allowing excess to drip off.

Step 3: Dredge in the breadcrumbs and transfer to a clean plate.

Step 4: Add pork chops to skillet with melted butter and olive oil and cook  about 3 minutes on each side or until gold brown.

Step 5: Assemble sandwiches with lettuce, slices of bacon, crispy pork chop and a heaping spoonful of saucy onions.

Step 6: Enjoy!!
