This delicious and easy Oven Roasted Honey Garlic Pork Tenderloin is a main dish you will want to make over and over. It is seared before being glazed with a honey garlic sauce and then is placed in the oven to roast. The result is a pork tenderloin with incredible flavor that, when sliced and served with additional sauce, is drool worthy!
1 ½ pound pork tenderloin, ½ teaspoon pepper, 1 teaspoon salt
Combine honey, garlic, butter, soy sauce, and lemon juice in a small sauce pan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Reduce the heat to low and cook until thickened about 5-7 more minutes, stirring occasionally. Reserve ¼ cup of sauce in small bowl.
6 tablespoons honey, 2 tablespoon garlic, minced, 2 tablespoon butter, 4 teaspoons soy sauce, Juice from 1 lemon
Heat a large oven-proof skillet over medium-high heat for about 2 minutes. Add the olive oil and swirl to coat. Place the pork tenderloin in the skillet and sear for 2 minutes.

Using a tongs, flip it over and sear for 2 minutes. Sear last two sides for 1 minute each. Remove from heat.
Brush pork with ½ of reserved honey mixture. Place skillet in 475°F oven for 10 minutes.
Turn pork over, brush with additional reserved honey mixture and bake for 10 more minutes or until a thermometer inserted into the thickest portion registers 140°F. Remove from oven and let pork rest for 10 minutes. Slice pork, serve with remaining sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds and grenn onions.
