⅓ cup milk ¼ cup old-fashioned oats 2 tablespoons brown sugar 2 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce 2 tablespoons dried cranberries 1 tablespoon slivered almonds, toasted 2 teaspoons egg, lightly beaten 1 teaspoon butter, melted ¼ teaspoon baking powder
Preheat oven to 375° F. Coat a 1 cup ramekin with cooking spray.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

Serve with additional dried cranberries and toasted almonds on top.
