Baked Oatmeal for One

Ingredients
  

  • cup milk
  • ¼ cup old-fashioned oats
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 tablespoons dried cranberries
  • 1 tablespoon slivered almonds, toasted
  • 2 teaspoons egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 teaspoon butter, melted
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375° F. Coat a 1 cup ramekin with cooking spray.
  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
    ⅓ cup milk, ¼ cup old-fashioned oats, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 2 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce, 2 tablespoons dried cranberries, 1 tablespoon slivered almonds, toasted, 2 teaspoons egg, lightly beaten, 1 teaspoon butter, melted, ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • Pour oatmeal mixture into ramekin and bake in the 375° oven for 25-27 minutes or until it is set and top begins to brown.
  • Serve with additional dried cranberries and toasted almonds on top.
