This Cheeseburger in a Bowl takes all the familiar flavors of a classic cheeseburger and turns them into an easy, satisfying salad. It’s got tangy sauce, melty cheese, crunchy pickles, and those finely diced onions that make a McDonald’s cheeseburger instantly recognizable.

Instructions
Make the Dressing:
In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, chili sauce, ketchup, onion, relish, pepper, and garlic until smooth.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or up to 1 day) to allow flavors to blend.
Prepare the Salad:
Place the dehydrated onions in a small bowl, cover with water, and let them soak while preparing the rest of the salad.
