2 cups old fashioned oats 1 cup sliced strawberries ¾ cup packed dark brown sugar ½ cup shredded sweetened coconut 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 ½ cups coconut milk ½ cup mashed ripe banana 2 tablespoons melted butter 1 egg beaten Top with pineapple kiwi, strawberries and a drizzle of cream of coconut.
Preheat oven to 375°F. Coat an 8x8-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, combine the oats, strawberries, brown sugar, coconut, and baking powder.
