Ultimate Triple Chocolate Chunk Cookies

These ultimate triple chocolate chunk cookies are packed with a combination of rich, chocolate chips, chopped white chocolate, and even a Hershey's bar for that extra chocolatey punch. But that's not all – they also have a generous helping of chopped pecans to give these treats the best little crunch!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoons salt
  • 2 cups butter softened
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs room temperature
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • ¼ cup mini semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 ounces white chocolate chopped
  • 1.55 - ounce Hershey's bar chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking soda and salt. Stir with a whisk to combine.

  • In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, combine the butter, brown sugar, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Beat on medium speed for 2 mintues. Scrape down the bottom and sides with a rubber spatula.

  • With the mixer on low, gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and mix just until combined. Scape down the bottom and sides with a rubber spatula.
  • Add the chocolate chips, white chocolate, Hershey's bar, and pecans. Mix just until combined.

  • Using a medium cookie scoop, place dough balls on the prepared baking sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake in the preheated oven for 11-13 minutes, or until starting to brown around the edges.
  • Remove from the oven and bang the baking sheet on the counter one or two times to flatten out the cookies a bit. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 2 mintues before transferring to a cooling rack to cool completly.
